Errors
1. When I try to run a report I get an error message/a message asks me to set up a suitable viewer.
Reports are displayed using Microsoft Word or compatible viewer.  To tell Tracker which viewer to use follow these steps:
  • Select Options > General Options
  • In the right hand pane look for editor and viewer information.
  • Click the locate button and find your Word .exe file and link it. Do the same for the viewer and the editor.

If you cannot locate your Word viewer program contact your IT support department for further information.
